## What Struktr Is

Struktr is an org chart and team structure platform designed for growing tech companies. It provides:

## What Struktr Is NOT

Struktr is deliberately NOT an HRIS — and never will be. It does not handle:

- Performance reviews
- PTO or time tracking
- Task management or project tracking

Early access users will be grandfathered — pricing evolution will unlock new capabilities, not charge more for unchanged functionality.
